To become a member of Open OSP as an individual please purchase at least one co-op share at a cost of $25

JOIN AS A CLINIC

To become a member of Open OSP as a clinic please purchase at least five co-op shares at a cost of $125

OUR PRINCIPLES

• Democratic Member Control: Each member has at least one share. Each member has only one vote regardless of number of shares. The community defines the direction of the co-op

• Allocation of Income: Income generated by the co-op goes into improvement of the software and services.

• Community First: The cooperative works for the sustainable development of the Open OSP community through policies approved by its members.

  • No vendor lock-in

  • Members and their patients own and control the use of their data

  • The membership identifies software development investment priorities

When your Membership Application has been approved, you will receive an invoice for the number of Open OSP shares that you indicated you would like to purchase and for any additional funding diercted towards development.
